White thumb rest?

Anyone know a source for a white thumb rest for my SX P-bass?

I've found all kinds of exotic wood rests, chrome, tort, etc., etc. but can't find white.

I did find someone selling white pearloid thumb rests, but they were like $25.

I see black ones on the cheap all over the place, but no white?

I need a white thumb rest, dammit!

That's a good point, Muddslide! I can't ever recall seeing a plain, white plastic thumb rest on any bass . Pickups covers, yes, but not a thumb rest.

I think that spraying one with some kind of paint that's appropriate for use on plastic is probably your best bet. I'm sure that someone more knowledgable than me could suggest a brand name .

krylon I believe makes a paint just for plastics and it will adhere very well and is durable..
