Who Are Some Highly Technical Pick Players?

I don't know of any. Most bassists who are known for their technical mastery are finger players. Surely there are pick players as well. Who might they be?

As much as I love Justin Chancellor, I wouldn't ever say he's technically above average with a pick. None of his technique is difficult or out of the ordinary.

Sure, his tone is awesome and his music is very creative but, let's be honest here, he is not a technically proficient pick player.
