Who makes the SX Ursa basses? Are they passive and are they any Good?

try searching "essex" they are decent build quality, passive fender clones. They have a devout cult following here on TB and they are popular modding platforms.

SX is a company in Spain that clones other basses and does a remarkable job for the price point.

No probs man! welcome! think of an SX as the DIY'ers jumping point. If you screwitup, you're only out a few clams. You can do many things with these instruments. browse the classifieds on TB for parts and piece together something awesome, unique and cheap!

The SX basses that Rondo Music sells are made in China. I have had one for a few years and they are good players.
