who builds fxpedals custom?

I try to get one audio craftsguy to build me a custom pedal.
it´s a sort of router/stereo panner- combination.
as far I couldn´t find anyone who designs and buids that for me.
if you know somebody, a good one who´s talented and reliable,
with heart and soul and builds high quality
please if you would let me know!!
