It's not that it doesn't have low end, it's just that because it's one of those "because I can" cabs, the type of low end it puts out is kind of "eh" to me. Doesn't seem to have any drive to it, like it just sort of lays there. I like low end pushed out by speakers suited to the job, not by an amalgam of speakers that aren't built for it.My only qualm with them, other then I probably won't personally like them myself, is they claim that you can get the deep bass you can from many other larger speakers, but according to alot of people don't. Never tried one in person, but I can't imagine them catching on with many Dub or Reggae players if what's been said is true, can imagine they're good for a bright, present modern tone without too much low bass though.
I really don't get this thread or the other one. Are you going to have a series of these where you come on here and rip the manufacturers whose products you dislike? How about you just don't buy them? Do you think your commentary is going to dissuade someone who likes PJB from buying his products?
Most people here recommend that buyers play the gear before they buy it. If they play PJB gear and like it, it's the right product for them. Your dislike of that gear is essentially irrelevant, and your incessant ranting is immature and tiring.

There are plenty of threads pumping up gear, why is it so wrong to start a thread about a product that didn't live up to expectations? Are we only able to say nice things about products we try.
Despite the advice of "play it yourself", lots of buyers cant and wont do that. As a consumer i like finding out the good and the bad about a product before i buy it.
