I hate slapping but whenever I try out basses I always so some slap just to see how the bass is for slapping in the event I actually need to use my horrable slapping technique. Warwicks are really tight (16.5mm) but they're slappable unless you have big fingers. The best 5 string I've played so far was a Pedualla with the 19mm bridge option.
