Went to watch my nephew in a school talent show here a while back and one of the bands had obviously worked on exactly that. they would get it all going together and then reverse rotation in perfect unison, get one going one way and the rest going opposite, then switch it off, etc. Later that night while having dinner I mentioned them to my nephew and he said they wore wigs when they played.
Hmmm. Probably have to be Vildhjarta... or maybe Drewsif Stalin's Musical Endeavors. Honestly most djent is pretty cool as long as it stays fresh. That being said, The Algorithm will always win.

I like the Jellyfish from San Francisco. Theyre long gone but the two albums 'Belly Button'
and 'Spilt Milk' are exercises in pop rock perfection. Songs, Vocals, Chops these guys had it all.
