Who made this preamp?

I recently purchased an old Ken Smith Burner from 1990. Overall it's in great shape considering its age. I'm currently in the process of refurbishing the whole thing but I'm a little stumped about the electronics. I don't believe they're stock (but I could be wrong).

I'm not sure if the original electronics failed and were replaced or if this was simply an upgrade to improve/change the sound.

There's no name anywhere that might offer a clue and I'm not sure if the rubber coating on the circuit boards is standard.

Does anyone know the origin?

I appreciate any insight.

Thanks!
