Using your photo and reverse image searching it it seems it's a "Raven West" bass.

They have some checkered history around here, apparently.

I have a Woodo fretless 5 (Swedish) and a HK fretted 6 (German).
And it's easy to see that it's the same manufacturer.
I like them even though the preamp on the HK died on me.
