Who played in Kenny G live?

I know this is an old thread, which apparently has been revived, but could you people post a youtube clip or something on which Kenny G is sharp? I don't like this songs that much but I don't think that he is as bad as you people say, he sounds ok to me. I have never heard him playing sharp, or maybe I can't notice it...

ok, on the subject of the basses...it isn't that ibanez (or any other company make inferior products. just like automobiles, you would say that ford cannot compare to mercedes but i sure see both of them stranded on the side of the freeway! you would say you say that kenny g cannot compare to other artists but i sure see other artists starving! you say you can't compare a rolex to a timex but i know people paid to have to repair both.

what i'm getting at is everything (and i do mean EVRYTHING) has a downside depending on how you look at it. nothing is perfect. that said, why are we even having this conversation as opposed to practicing to make sure we can stay one step ahead of the artists we think are inferior!

Vail, if Kenny used you more on his CDs, he probably would be a little more liked on a bass forum.;)
I'm a fan of your playing BTW!

For the record I think Kenny G is a very talented saxophonist. I prefer his first 2 or 3 cd's over the later stuff but's thats just me. I actually saw him live twice back in the mid 80's (one was the Kenny G live tour). I remember the percussionist kickin' ass and standing on his congas after his solo nd of course Vail you kicked ass throughout the show!

BTW Vail I just picked up an Xotic jazz 5 too... u were right those basses are very very nice!
