It took me ages to be able to dance without being scared of being stupid on the dancefloor. It took me years and years to actually find my cool when dancing. I'm born caucasian, but in summertime, if enough sun has browned my skin, my dark thick eyebrows, big lips and big nose have had people asking if I were from Arabian descend. Kinda like it.

Ethnically, I'm 100% Hungarian. In the genetic sense, that makes me 'mostly' white (in the modern sense), probably with a few dollops of Ghengis Kahn's Mongol Horde and Turkish invader thrown into the mix

100 years ago, we weren't white - at least in the USA. Neither were Southern Italians or Jews. That designation seemed to be reserved for people with Euro ancestors that only worshipped at Protestant churches - no Catholics need apply. These days, all three of those ethnic groups are considered white. So are a significant portion of Latinos from Central and South America

For my 2¢ worth, "white" seems to be trending toward more of a cultural thing in America than a skin tone, these days. Not to get too political about it, but our current President certainly is one of the 'whitest' black guys I've ever seen - and especially, heard
