Who's you have as your teacher?

On the list, probably Miller because he seems like the most competant teacher. I admittedly do not know enough about Larry Graham or Louis Johnson.

I would love to take lessons with Jaco but there is a high chance of him being nuts, I would put Jamerson in the same category.

Entwistle is an established dick. Even players I would love to meet who have met Entwistle do not say nice things. I would not enjoy taking lessons from him but I imagine the content would be great, I could finally figure out the typewriter thing.

Of the choices available, Marcus Miller, but Pino Palladino would be my actual choice. From the very few interviews I've seen of him he seems like a truly nice guy and someone I would want to work with.

of them jaco and marcus probably were the most educated. i'd go with one of those.

I actually took a one-week master class with Gary Willis years ago, not one on one though, was a group of 12 - 13 bassists.
The guy has knowledge way beyond what I'm able to understand (and play ... haha), his teaching method, however, left a bit to be desired.
