Interesting question.
There are a number of jobs that people have that I would love, but am not qualified. So the problem would be that if I had that job, I would lose that job due to being unqualified.
1. I'd love to be a car test driver for any sports car manufacturer, but those guys give quantitative analysis and feedback to the engineers, not fluff.
2. I would like to be one of the ice cream testers at Edy's ice cream. It seems to be a simple job: pick up a half-gallon container from the assembly line and bring it to the lab, cut the container in half, grab a spoon and taste the ice cream, and write down test results. It seems like an awful waste of ice cream though. Taking about one tablespoon of ice cream and then discarding a half gallon. But, I would probably gain weight and, worst case scenario, quality-control-approve some ice cream batches that shouldn't have passed.
3. Jet fighter pilot. One of those jobs that I dreamed about when I was a kid. Problem is that I don't know how to fly a jet or an airplane so that job experience wouldn't go over well.
4. Supreme Court justice. They write these very lengthy reasons how they came to their conclusion. I'm not a lawyer so I would just come to my conclusions based on gut feeling and in my reasoning, I would just write something like "Yo yo yo, he done shot dat woman. Case closed homeys."

5. I would love to have Nathan East's job. Problem, I'm not as good as him. I could probably groove for awhile but, then I would get the ax after screwing up some Michael McDonald "hit" like "Yah Mo B There" or something like that.
