Why did the search change from "most relevant" to "most recent"?

I would think that making sure the most relevant results are near the top would be better than which ones were most recent. Sometimes one just needs to check an old thread to find what they're looking for.

Click the "more" button in the search panel for the advanced search screen. It gives you the option of sorting results by relevance or most recent.
