why doesn´t this wall wart work?

I have this wallwart:

I can´t power my boss giga delay, boss overdrive..

am I missing something?

You're going to need to be more specific about what you've tried.

For instance, have you tried powering a single pedal by itself or are you daisy chaining things?

oh, sorry.

I received it a few days ago (so it´s completely new) and plugged it in - one effect at a time (dd20, boss dual od, zvex woolly mammoth), none powered up. no led, no nothing.

tried the Ibanez wall wart I have also, every single effect worked.

If it's not working, it might be broken...You could try bringing it back to where you got it and get a new one...you could also bring an effect to the store and try another wall wart unit there...Maybe it's not compatible w/ your pedals...

it's center negative for the polarity...it should be fine.

Also, the website doesn't state which specific effects it works with, but the other Thomann power supply lists specific pedals it works with: Invalid Link Removed

I guess it´s broken; specs look ok - I wasn´t sure if I missed something.

I actually got it for free when I bought some other stuff, but I will try to have it exchanged.
