Solution: Bring a hacksaw.

I don't know specifics on your car, but I used to get my 3/4 bass into my 4-door Jetta. It was a real trick, though, as the trunk did not have a tall enough opening, and the deck lid was solid and immovable.

Here was the process, assuming that the body can fit through the rear door (but not the trunk):
  1. Put the bass endpin all the way in.
  2. Push - and tilt - both front seats as far forward as possible.
  3. Put both rear seats down flat.
  4. Open the passenger front window.
  5. Open the driver-side rear door.
  6. Put the bass into the open door, pegbox first, and go all the way out the passenger front window with it, so that the body can clear the door and swing into the car.
  7. Slide the body as far into the trunk as possible, pulling the pegbox back into the car through the window.
  8. Position the pegbox somewhere over the passenger seat. Put pillows or solid blankets under the bass upper shoulders, so that the weight is not on the pegbox/neck (Invalid Link Removed for more information).
  9. Consider other pillows or cushions to prevent shifting (though in a small car, it's unlikely to be a concern).
  10. Close the window and the door. Readjust the driver's seat for comfort and safety.

Note based on personal experience: This process is particularly un-fun when it's raining. Hence: Mark now drives a VW Tiguan mini SUV.

I've no experience with your car (I looked at pics of it online), but you might be able to fit it diagonally if the passenger seat fully reclines.

Here in Hong Kong I get my bass into Toyoto Crown taxi cabs by opening the back door behind the driver and sticking the bass in scroll-first diagonally across so the scroll is near the front passenger side window/windshield.

The seats in the taxi don't fold down, and I have to compress the back seat backrest/bolster a bit to make it fit; the heel of the bass-neck rests on the front-seat's backrest. Sometimes the drivers grumble about not being able to see out their rearview or side mirror, but it's do-able.

In your case, you might need to angle the scroll down into the front passenger footwell.

I had a link to a guy with a similar car to yours fitting his DB inside, but I'm using my wife's computer while mine is being repaired; I couldn't find the video, but here's some others.

My Subaru Impreza is close to the same size and setup. Here is what works for me. Have a good pillow or cushion. Slide the driver's side seat all the way forward. Slide the front passenger seat all the way back. Than lean the seat all the way back. With the bridge facing up, slide the bass tail in first over the the front seats rotating as you go. Put the cushion on the passenger seat floor. Rest the scroll on the cushion. Strap her in with the seat belt.
