Will Lee on a Bongo

It is nice to have it confirmed that Will Lee uses a Bongo sometimes. I have been really impressed with the Bongos I have played and I wouldn't mind coming up with the money for one. I think it's great to remind people that there are some great production basses out there and everyone does not have to go the boutique route to have a quality bass.

i A/B'd a 5 string bongo recently with several warwicks, fenders, modulus and spectors at a sale recently, and the EADG strings of the bongo were heads and shoulders, HEADS AND SHOULDERS above everything else. he only problem was that this particular b-string was very floppy and buzzed heaps. Maybe a new set of string would change that, or a set-up, but it was still beautifully pronounced and sharp!!! I can see why Will, or anyone else for that matter, would want a bongo!!! and the H/H, be careful with the bass boost, it kept overloading an ampeg B2R and rattling the earths crust!!!
