Go to your local MD and see if you have an iron deficiency.
I asked my wife who works for an MD, she said that the likeley cause is that your nasal passages are dry like was mentioned previous, and to put Vaseline in your nose (No Joke).

Just shove a lot of cotton up your nose. Shure, your's going to sound like Dom Deluise with a chest cold, but you won't be bleeding!!

My friend had that and it was just a staph infection in his nose. He got some antibiotics and it was fixed.
