Well, they are both 13 hole pickguards, but I'll bet its not going to be an exact fit.

That bass looks gorgeous like it is, IMO. I love the white paint with the tortoise 'guard.

I did the same thing in counting the number of screw holes, which do match up. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so you may be able to return it if it does not fit the unit. I would email the company with your specs and see what they say.

i dunno i have took the guard off my 06 jazz and tryed matching it with the 92 jazz and a few holes were .... just.... out.. worst comes to worse you can fill and drill..
