Will this work with this?

Based on the pic of the BCB-30, I'm certain that the connector you show will be too short. You'll have to use patch cables, in this case (like the ones in the pic).

Those 1/4" direct connectors are better suited for customizable pedalboards, where you can move your pedals around instead of having to put it in space #1, 2, or 3.

thats what i would guess too. I was just hoping i'd be wrong. Anyone have any suggestions on good coupler patches? I just bought a $50 monster cable and i don't want my coupler to defeat that purpose.

+1 to George L's and +1 to Planet Waves! Both make excellent-quality patch cable kits, which are usually way better than what you'd get if you bought some cheap pre-made ones.

When I get some cash to spare, I'll be investing in one of those kits so I can replace my patch cables.

I knew a guitar player that used those connectors with boss pedals. You could try one. I think they worked ok from boss to boss but to other pedals not so well.

The issue isn't Boss-to-Boss - since they're built to the same size specs, it'll connect just fine. But if they're in that board he showed us, the pedals are forced to sit in a certain place, and the gap between pedals is too large to allow that connector to work.

The connector works well between the new EHX pedals (from the Nano and XO series) too - I used one to hook up a Little Big Muff into a Nano Small Stone before I decided not to keep the Nano Small Stone. Between other pedal brands and types, it really doesn't work well because of size differences, position of the input/output jacks, etc.
