The Lollar pups are a great match for this instrument.

I get tones that approach the sound of an upright from the neck pup. I have the pup up on stilts, so there's alot of air that passes under the pup. This does have an effect on the tone. I'll be doing that again.

I can approach the sound of a single coil Jbass sounds out of the bridge. I find it odd that a humbucker can do that, but I seem to be able to get that tone out of the Lollar Tbird pups.

During the week I mounted the bridge, color matched the neck to the body, and scraped the binding.
