As shown in the other thread, I printed out the drawings and did some layout. We also have a rare (to the home audience) Jack sighting. He likes crinkly paper and bass strings, too.
Piggy decided that Jack did not need to help.
The layout looks good. The heel extends a little farther out than I had planned and I need to figure out if I will glue a little more on the end or shift the block more towards the neck and change my cuts for the upper side of the V. However, there is plenty of poplar for this body. I need to do some final sketching on the paper, but I should be able to start cutting them out soon. The black pickups look metal.
This short-scale bass V(i) will be four inches longer than the 34" scale bass!
