Thanks for filling in the deets for @Alex Xander and any others @rojo412 . Many of our 'rules' have been adopted via osmosis or precedent, but some are not well laid out or understood.

I'm thinking of adding another wiki for 'build off rules' that can be updated and linked to for reference. We've had a couple of people in the past refuse to join because of 'too many rules'. And while this is as much a self-exposing comment on their own literacy as it is a comment on the breadth of 'rules', it would be good to have a reference somewhere...
