Is it safe to keep my Bergantino in my cars trunk overnight in 20° weather?

Cabs get shipped in the middle of winter in cold trucks
Car speakers and electronics do fine in the cold
When you bring the cab into a warm humid room leave the cover on for awhile as it warms up to prevent condensation on the cones.
