Wireing new pickups

I have hit a bump in my project bass: the pickup (EMG Select old ones) ive fitted has 3 wires, Red, White and Brown which i havnt clue what they are,

Could someone tell me what eachwire is for please

(The bass itself is a Fender Jazz if it helps with the orginal neck pickup still in place with a White and Black wires,)

Can anyone help me on this on?

In that case, do you have an ohm meter handy?

Well, I was going to suggest checking the resistance from each lead to the other two to determine where they connect, but if you don't have an ohm meter, you'll have to wait until someone with the same pickups chimes in on the color code.
