Wireless Set Up

I am interested in a wireless set up for my Bass, this would be in conjunction with a DI through a house system. It has been mentioned that these "don't" work well, due to Bass frequencies, any opinions and Brands to refute or confirm this?
This came from a guitar player who I do respect.

I use the Shure PSM200 for in-ears, and line-6 g50. All of our band uses in-ears and wireless mics and guitars. The other guys have the line6 g30 and they haven't had issues either. From time to time I pick up static through the in-ears, but a quick channel change has always solved it. As for interference with the bass and line6: never had an issue.

I've been using a Line6 G-50 wireless for quite a while now. Absolutely no problem or issues regarding bass frequencies, and I'm damn picky about my tone.

Your guitar player may be basing that opinion on older, analog wireless technologies for bass, which I understand may have been less than optimal for bass.

I concur. I've A/B'ed my G50 and George L's cables, and can hear no difference.

Cheers!
