could someone make a simpe schematic to show how to wire a jbass in series, hardwired, without the push/pull switch?

I think that's right.

Edit: Unless you want volume control on both, that'd just be adding another volume control between bridge positive and neck negative.

If you run in series you cannot have seperate volumes, only a master.
