Wiring Neck SC/Parallel HB/Series HB/Bridge SC switches.

Can this be done with my setup? I already have my bass set up for each pickup to be independently switchable between Parallel Humbucking/Outer Single Coil/Series Humbucking. I'd like to be able to pick which single coil is used. I have Bartolini P2 pickups, and I have looked at the wiring diagrams they provide extensively. I just don't know enough about how the switches work to be able to figure it out on my own.

I am willing and able to rewire everything, but I cant for the life of me figure out how to go about it. I hear there's a way but if you set one combination of options, it kills your output. That's actually desirable for me, so it's not a problem. Thanks in advance for your help.
 
I just sketched out two different ways you can do that. One with a DPQTswitch. The other with the existing DPTT and an DPDT toggle. The second gives it the kill option, the first doesn't. The DPQT gives you these positions: Neck SC/Parrallell HB/Series HB/Bridge SC. The second config gives you the same options as you currenly have, but when you flip the second toggle, you get the bridge SC. When the first toggle is in the 3rd position and you flip the second toggle, you get the kill. I have the schematics drawn up, I can put into a diagram drawing like on the bartoloni site if you want.
 
that would be very awesome. I've never heard of a dpqt switch...would I use two of those? My hopeful goal is that I can switch each pickup independently of the other between those 4 options. It sounds like the second option involves less buying and the most flexibility. :) I would love to see the diagrams...

I'm not sure if DPQT is the right term. I'll draw some diagrams up on ms paint today. The second config is cheaper, but the wiring can get a little messy. You could replace your volume (I'm assuming here that you have a V/V/T or V/V/T/T) with a push/pull pot. You wouldn't have to drill any holes then!
