The point above the eyes seems like it would be a bit uncomfortable on your forearm. I love the concept though. I like the maple fretboard.
Looking at the pics, I'd say you'd have to go with chrome or gold hardware, because the black bridge melds the two black eyes together into one confused blob.
If we are voting on necks I would say maple board for me. I think it would look sharp with a maple Jazz neck with block inlays. Or maybe shark fins like a Ric or Jackson to go with the feathers.

Some updates; chrome knobs, sparkle look (cool Andrew!), and brought the feathers into better position. The longest one in this illustration is less of a 'horn' than an extension of the body, close to touching but not connected (bolt-on neck). As long as the strap button hits close to the 12th fret it should balance well. Plenty of neck-pocket connection as well - could do an inset 6-bolt (no plate) connection. Next step is scaling it up and making a 3D mock-up to test it out physically.
This is coming out very cool. It looks like the bridge and pickup locations have been better placed on the graphic as well as the feathers.
Is this gonna involve monster trucks too? And I thought it was pretty damn cool already!!!
Looking great! Red Sparkle feathers?
