World's deadliest catch

Makes me wanna move to Alaska and join a fishing fleet. Sort of.

That's about my favorite show on TV. But now that the season ended, I'll have to find something else to watch on Tuesday nights.
Back a couple of weeks ago there are a ton of threads on The Discovery Channel, Mythbusters and The Deadliest Catch.
I watched this show all the damn time in college and loved it, but ever since I have been home it just hasn't fit into my schedule.

Yes, I saw commercials for that recently and had no interest in watching it at all. It just looked lame and too much at an attempt for a show such as Deadliest Catch.
It may be interesting to see for maybe 30 minutes as a segment, but it doesn't seem to be suited for a show itself.
I always thought the deadliest catch was HIV...
...great show though! The BBC has decided to rip it out by bringing "Trawlermen" out, which is nowhere near as entertaining.

I think it's a good show. After about 4 episodes I've seen all the crab fishing that I need to see, and I LOVE fishing. I fish bass tournaments and find the bass fishing shows get boring quickly as well. I'd rather watch the news or a pay per view movie.
I much prefer freshwater fishing shows. Ocean fishing bores me, but freshwater fishing is beautiful.

The one that kinda makes me laugh is "Lobstermen". I mean, I'm sure these guys work hard for their money, but after "Deadliest Catch", it just looks like a Saturday Night Live Parody.
The Discovery Channel just rocks. Mythbusters, Deadliest Catch, and after seeing Planet Earth... Jeez. Nothing competes.
