Anyone use those cableless connectors for pedals that can go/are right next to each other? Save some space maybe. And clean it up a bit? I have a couple places where I honk those would work and maybe get me a little room for a chorus pedal.

Tried them but the results weren’t good.

EBS flat cables are THE way to go, for an efficient/tidy board ...you need some flexibility between different brand pedal jacks.

I had a couple before I swapped to using a loop switcher, they only work if your not to hard on the pedals and they are exactly the same brand pedals.

Changeup / simplification / excuse to use some things I haven't used in a while. Kinda old school. I kicked off the chorus so we'll see if I miss it. I also tucked in the HPF in between the 2 rows. This configuration is a few pounds lighter too, bonus!

NO! These connectors are not good for pedals as they put strain on the jacks when you step on the pedal. The pedals (float) a little on a board and these offer no flexibility between pedals.
Beware!!

Whaen I added my Loop Switcher I got some EBS flats for the additional cables I needed. This photo shows just how different the profile is from the EBSs to already pretty low profile Switchcrafts (I think)...

I have used a Modtone Aqua Chorus II, I liked it ok. Picked it up for $40. I used mine lightly to add some to my fretless. Here is a bass demo I just found.

Before my Anadime, I used an MXR Analog chorus.. I liked it really well. It has separate bass and treble knobs , the bass especially came in handy to tame the low end mud/rumble... I almost got another before getting a great deal on the Anadime. The MXR is usually about $100 new

I'd like to change out my small clone chorus. I really like the small clone, but looking for more variation. Needs to be something with top jacks, I'm gassing hard for the Southampton Utility knife, which can also be a flanger, phaser, and tremolo.

Newest setup....going through a big change, but I just got The Milkman from JHS pedals, and truly like it....it might become a permanent resident.
