Worship Bass Pedalboards

My old bugboard could only take regular length pedals and couldn't take my volume pedal. Carting the volume pedal around separate was a pain, so I found a great deal on a new, bigger board. Now everything fits.

Still room for an expression pedal or maybe a better power supply. If I want both, I'll have to go bigger...again

most power supplies can fit and be mounted underneath the board, so you should be able to fit both without a new board. Unless you really want a new board

That's true! I'm a bit concern with the way the board slopes, but I hope your right. It might depend on the specific supply. The voodoo labs one seemed a little too deep, but I'm just going from eyeballing it in my memory. Here's hoping!

Check out the Cioks DC-5 and DC-7 Both will work on a Pedaltrain mounted underneath.

Personally, I'd go for the new DC-7 over the DC-5. It is actually thinner (top to bottom) and offers far more versatility.

I'm personally a fan of my Strymon Zuma R300 power supply, to throw another hat in the ring. It'll fit under a Pedaltrain Nano.

Check out the Cioks DC-5

I use the Gator small aluminum pedalboard now, but have had my DC-5 under both a pedaltrain nano and nano+ (same underneath space) and it does work well. I either missed the 7 or it wasn't out yet when I bought my 5...

Thanks, guys! Strymon would be my dream, but I didn't think theirs would fit, or that there'd be so many options. I'll definitely check out the DC-7.

I could drill, but I bet I could figure out something with some long black zip ties. Drilling seems extreme.

Double Lock holds my DC12 in place very securely.

My Strymon R300 also. That double lock is crazy stuff, too much and the glue will give up before the double lock lets go.

I went back to Velcro for my pedals, because I change my mind too often, and the Dual Lock is too hard to move around. But it works great for power supplies under the board.

Well, for starters, perhaps you might consider turning the THDI the right way around? LOL, I couldn't resist
Okay,what kind of thing are you looking for? A drive? Compressor? Octave? Unless your team is playing outside of the normal "box", those, with what you already have, will cover most ground.

I'll give you a minimalist example so you don't feel so bad about your board.

I've been using this for a long time. I tried more pedals for about a month. I'm back to tried and true.

I need to get a right-angle XLR so the Tone Hammer will fit squarely; the back lip of the board is too tall


I'm thinking compressor for my next addition.

Compressor is what I have noticed as a common theme on most boards posted here. There are so many effects out there, and I've been a bass-cable-amp guy for so long it's a huge learning curve.

Added the Tone Hammer a few months ago, when we eliminated amps on stage, and that has been fantastic...that pedal is a beast.
