Worship Bass Pedalboards

New board I put together. Can't go wrong with a $15 cutting board being the right size for your layout. Only thing that sucks is cable management on a flat board. I tried my best! Now to find a Pelican to fit it in…

Tuner - Cali76 - MicroSynth - Tone Hammer - Carbon Copy - Noble

I eventually will swap out the tone hammer and microsynth for a different octaver and drive but for now going for the bethel tone. Want to switch to something more mild in the future, like a Belonging Co. tone. More groove and less aggression.

In my side projects I play a lot of modern jazz, jazz fusion, and OG jazz "standards", so the tone is really just a cali76 and the rest is "in the fingers" as the kids say. It's all about options!

If you are looking to replace the BMS and looking for an Octaver that can also pull of the synth stuff might I recommend a SA C4 Synth? I get good standard OC-2 Octaver tones and all the synth tones I can ever handle.

Thanks, looking for something that can do the OC-2 sound, the MXR bass octave sound, etc. basically so I can bounce between worship and the jazz fusion "Snarky Puppy tone" easier

The C4 sounds perfect for you. There is a ton in that little box and a huge preset sharing community. Also, extremely huge customizability of the presets themselves. You can switch between two presets via footswitch, six if you dont mind bending down and toggling a switch, or up to all 128 if you add a MIDI controller.

Currently I access two presets, an OC-2 and a Moog Synth type preset (similar to an EHX BMS) and it works great for worship.

Downsizing, challenging myself to use the HX Stomp more than I have been. Now that I have the Mission pedal with the footswitch built on, I have 4 switches and an expression, and I've basically only been using the expression thus far.

Dropped my delay and modulation off the board, taking a shot on what I can get out of the stomp with this setup. The SY-200 was clutch for filling in for some strings players that were out for Christmas. Fills in just the right ways.

Im definitely finding it warmer than my old BF-2 - its pretty smooth. Blend control is magnificent. Doesn't get crazy. It is a very straight down the middle pedal. Part of me would like an Earthquaker Pyramids for more extreme settings, but this does great, is analog, and looks tres cool, so it will fill my modulation needs for a while to come.
