Worst pedal you have played?

So what is the worst pedal you have ever played. it can be for any reason.

i dont think this has been done before. correct me if im wrong.

I havent had much luck with peadals. I have a DOD Bass Overdrive (FX91) that I cant stand. It sucks all the low end out of my signal and on top of that; has a rusty, tinny type of overdrive sound. I honestly like my Metal Zone pedal better and that was designed for guitar. Then theres my Boss Bass Synthesizer (SYB-3). The tracking is horrible, I couldnt see using 3/4 of the effects in a real life application. And theres my main pedal which i use all the time, a MXR Dynacomp. A guitarists compression pedal...so I havent had too much luck with pedals.

years ago when I was a complete n00b, I owned a POS Digitech multi-fx unit. I dont even remember the unit, but it was awful

Zoom B2 Unit. Still have it and toy around in bedroom experimentation, but would never play with it in front of people. Most patches and effects are major tone suckers and a lot of the effects suck, period. But some of them are awright.

I think maybe the worst pedal I ever had was a Digitech compressor, it made my signal about 50% noise.

I've had a few bad ones. I had a old korg multi which was a complete POS, for me the ODB-3 was crappy and also I used a friends behringer OD and it was the worst thing ever.

multi effects aren't supposed to be good. there just to give you a taste of effects so you go out and buy the better, more expensive, individual pedals!

True, but I was just answering the question in the thread and it was a POS not only because of the sound but also it was made out of a crappy plastic which bent and cracked way too easily, almost like it wasn't designed to be used underfoot.

really? because I think those sound pretty mean and have good fuzz... it's just that they're build quality is terrible

EHX USA Bassballs. I hated that pedal.

Then I did the mod to put the internal trim pots on the outside, and now I can't get enough of it. The mod changed everything.

Of all the pedals I have, I'm least likely to us the DS-1.

Boss LMB-3 Limiter/Enhancer. It made my rig sound terrible. I bought it used and sold it almost immediately.
