worth buying?

accoustic 4-10 cab for 299.00 new
anybody familar with it seems like a god value, but how about quality?

W/o doing any research at all, my first thought is*$299 can't be a whole lot less than retail*
Do you know what these cabs go for(street price, not MSRP)?

Edit: I automatically default to *used* these days as I'm broke- I see now you're talking new. Dunno, no idea whether Acoustic stuff is worth a crepe or they're just pimping on the old name recognition factor.

A friend of mine had an Acoustic 810 and rolled it off a street curb and the wheels went right up through the bottom.
