Don’t know about the live clip but Josephine’s tone on the album is about as pure “early ‘90s indie rock Stingray with a pick” tone as you can get. Last Splash is a great album.

That was Kim’s signature rhythm sound, I’ve read interviews where she said it sounded awful played clean but put it through the Marshall and strum hard and it was just huge-sounding. IMO, Last Splash is probably the ‘90s indie record which has stood the test of time best, sonically.
