Hey guys I have some questions about getting some gear. I'm planing on wanting to do some recordings soon and I would like to make sure I would be buying all that I would need.

1. I was planing on buying a recording software for the computer and hooking up a mixer to the computer and hooking my M-pulse 600 to the mixer. Is that how it is done?

2. If so can you go in to detail of what else I would need in order to get this all running?

3. If I was guess was wrong for question 1. What would I need to do this?

Yep, that's about it. Plug things into the mixer, then send a stereo signal to your computer into the recording software. That's the basics, now commence your life-long journey of learning recording gear and techniques.
