Would you play in a band naked?

I was reminded last night about a time where some guys from a band in Europe were recruiting me to play for them. They were a cover band if I remember correctly, and had a good following. The shows were about a couple thousand people per show and they had a tour and show dates laid out. The catch (their gimmick?) was that you had to play fully naked, with your business flapping in the wind and all. This included outdoor shows as well. I wasn't about to go to Europe, but probably wouldn't have done it anyway.

Would you play in a band naked or has anyone here ever played naked?

I've done it at Fantasy Fest down in Key West... It is indeed incredibly freeing.

Interesting question... I am not certain, but off the top of my head, no, I wouldn't. Although it seems like the kind of thing I might be able to talk myself into. Intellectually I don't see anything wrong with nudity.

I've played lots of times in tighty whiteys. Did one gig, acoustic at a pagan festival where I believe I was naked (honestly don't remember as it wasn't a huge deal there), and walked into a college radio station completely naked for an interview once. We wanted to be remembered, and we were . I have video of that that I'd love to post, but can't.

Today, I would feel totally comfortable playing naked... But I couldn't because I'd lose my day job if anyone posted a video of it.

However, while in high school my band played at Naked City. They let us stay dressed.
