Would you trade?

I have a newer MIM Tele neck mounted to a MIM body, Wilkinson bridge, GFS pups, Fender Tuners (modern style) and standard control set up with CTS and Oak electronics. A guy wants to trade me a 96 MIM P-Bass. Would you do it? I'm thinking its a fair deal being that its a partscaster for an "as from factory" bass. What do you think?

If you dont play the bass, do the trade, cuz you can almost always trade a guitar for a bass, rarely trade a bass for a guitar.
