I hate to be that guy but you did not even try to search. This is an often asked question. It is asked so often there is another thread on the same topic only a few threads down from this one... on the main page. He is also mentioned in "who has the best online lessons" shortly beneath that.

Anyways, since you asked, yes his premium site seems to be worth it. I have had students who utilized it with great success.

I don't think most people think of it this way, but you really cheat yourself by not using the search function. You can get much more feedback, more quickly that way. It can also help to see what was written before so you can ask better questions and get an answer more in tune with what you want to know. And of course, sometimes, you just can't find an answer to your question using search.
 
Just found talkingbass.net after picking up my bass again after ten years of it stashed in the closet. The video lessons I have watched have been very helpful. A lot of it is review, but good to go over it all again to knock the rust off.
