Yamaha BB1025X Weight & String Spacing?

Yeah I would've loved to play a BB1025X or even a BB425X if there were any around.

Nope, your picture was great. I went through the whole Yamaha BB Club thread to get a good look at various BBs at different angles & stuff and I still couldn't decide if I liked the look. Thanks for all the help DuShauh

So, three years later.. did you get down and play (if we all did that, TB and Basschat would be very quiet!), or do you have even more basses? How did you find the P5 and the 1025X together?

Nope, I still haven't been playing much I no longer have either of those basses. I found the BB1025X easier to play than the P5 with the narrower neck and tighter string spacing. The BB1025X also sounded a lot better. I couldn't get down with the bigass body though.
