I've got this bass at home. Very good bass, resonates and sounds like a dream. But the neck is... very thin.
I have a big hand (my height is 200cm) and I've got so much room under my hand when I keep the proper finger curve on positions that it is noticeably harder to play proper and smooth technique (at least to me) than my thicker neck on my Jazz Elite V.
Are there any reasonable chances of getting a solid thicker neck replacement for this bass or would I need to resort to some custom and expensive luthier orders?
I don't want to imediately sell the bass because the foundation is extremely solid, the only thing this bass needs is a different neck.
