I purchased this bass a few months ago and love the way it plays. Has anyone done any upgrades to the bass, bridge, pick-ups, tuners, pickguard? Looking to replace the black pickguard with a pearl white and black and would like to extend the guard down and around the controls similar to a PB.

No recollection of the name of the business, but our pals here have mentioned somebody who can do just about any pickguard for just about any instrument. Maybe search here or the "Accessories" section.

Another option is to take it to a good polyvinyl place (where they do vehicle wraps, etc.).

They can do any color your want and it's easily removable. I got charged maybe $12.
