That bass is SO cool. Just when I thought the GAS was gone....

My main Bass is a Yamaha BB414 in vintage white. I had an Ibanez Roadstar II and a Geddy Lee Jazz. The BB fills both roles with authority. The neck on my GL started going hinky on me and the Yamaha neck is just right.

^^^ Nice Vintage Instrument I have a Yammy RBX 375 in Black on Black it growls and sings, Very nice could use a tad more midrange control but the punch is like getting hit in the face by the HULK!

Hey there fellow Yamaha Owners.

Anyone out here with a TRB1006 that has experience swapping out the stock preamp / pups? What preamp pup combo would go well with the bass given its string spacing and current knob config?

A BB300 for $100. I like it, but it won't stay for very long, because my Squier Vintage Modified P is better...

Here's my RBX375, love this bass! Neck is perfect for me, the sounds I get is great and is a perfect match to my rig set up and music. Great bottoms and highs. When i tried it out at a music store, I just had to take it home. Been playing just this since then.... In my own humble world of only affording basses no more than $700 its the best Ive ever tested and played!

I also have an RBX 4 string that is now converted to a fretless. You can see it on my sig link below.

BTW. Im looking out for another RBX375 or 775 or 765A, so hit me up with one if you're out to let go of yours. JM6 would be nice too, but will have to consider some trade

hi everyone
can i join the club? i have an Attitude,foam green.i just did a fret job on it you just have to blow on the strings to get a note. i do have one problem,i cant get it to sound like billys bass has anyone who has or had one had this problem.i have a good setup.i have a carvin r1000 for lows and r600 for the highs which the highs go through an ampeg BSP-SVT preamp. an this all goes to 4x10 for high and 1x18 for lows both carvin.

so if you have any ideas let me know please.
