Yamaha rbx374 vs rbx300 (?)

Well ... While the pandemic does not pass, here where I live there is a small fair, and I went through a yamaha rbx374, a little bit in bad condition, and a yamaha rbx300. The seller put the rbx374 at 200 euros and the rbx300 at 150. I like both, but my girlfriend is already sharpening her knives if I go home with more guitars. What do you think of the rbx300? I don't find very useful info about this model... I like simplicity, but I don't know... Otherwise, the rbx374 looks more professional , but ... Two humbucker pickups? I Mena, is there an huge tonal difference between them? Or it's a subtle difference between the two? And can I put this model passive mode, or mod it(vol+blend+tone1+tone2)? Thank you

Rbx374 has huge tone, but noisy pickups on my previous one. The painted neck are thick and less comfortable.

The new trbx300/305 far better in QC,neck profile and tone.
