Been playing this for years and love it, really comfortable allround-bass.
Now I thought of upgrading it. The pre-amp seems to be the weakest part of it, so any suggestions for a good pre-amp for this bass? I've read much that Stealth has written on the forum but I'm not very technical and am going to give the electronics to a techie when I've bought them for installation anyway.
When the pre-amp is fixed, any suggestions for pick-ups that would improve the bass? They are quite good I think at least, but it could always be better
