Double Bass Yamaha SLB300 LED error codes?

Hi, SLB is flashing red/green alternating behind the knob. The manual doesn't mention this condition--can anyone tell me what this means please? I'm not getting any audio output--I've tried several sets of batts/cables--just lots of hiss whether power on/off. thanks. I just unboxed it today--factory packed it appears. I bought it elsewhere.

Sorry - I have no idea. I've never encountered any flashing colors beyond what is expected - white for mic type or red for battery warning. I've checked the manual, as you have, and can't find any mention of that behavior. I assume you are using a standard instrument cable, so probably nothing there.

What do you mean "I bought it elsewhere?" Not easily returned?
