What's amazing is that Jon Anderson is 73 years old and still sounds so good. Contrast that with some of his peers. He either took better care of his cords or has really good genes. Maybe both.

Especially when you consider that the original reason he was dropped from Yes was a serious throat infection. He seems to have recovered nicely.

That was a good performance, but man do I miss Chris' backing vocals.

About 7 years ago a buddy of man was working at Bates College and booked Jon Anderson as a solo show. I got to be his driver. What I can say is that even though he still sounds great, I think the shows now take a lot out of him. He doesn't spend a lot of times with fans after shows anymore because he doesn't have the energy. With that said, he still sounds great, and was a very nice person to drive around.

I love to see love for Jon Anderson. He's one of the greatest performers of all time, and has a true magic about him.

I have seen Jon solo and both Yes camps a few times. Always great shows. ARW has had the same set list basically for 2 years though. Some fresh changes would be nice.
Trevor and Rick are fantastic as well
~~~~~Lee Pomeroy is the man! His bass work with the Yes material, as well as ELO is really good. Very underrated as a bass player and he does well with the backing vox IMO.

Saw ARW last year. Outstanding show, including about ten minutes of "standup" material from Wakeman...

Jon Anderson still sounds great. It's hard to believe he's that old. I think he sounds better now than he did in the 70's.
