Funny, he doesn't mind playing "heat of the moment"! A very similar riff IMO

Maybe he doesn't mind it because he played on the original recording? And maybe he too recognizes some similarity between the riff in "Owner of A Lonely heart" and "Heat Of The moment" and feels Rabin may have plagiarized it? (Asia's debut album predated Yes' 90125 by ~1 year.) In any case, Howe's animosity towards "Owner" is long-standing and well-documented.
