Yet Another Amp into Headphones thread

Hello, i was reading this topic http://www.talkbass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=626670
but i didn't want to hijack it, so i'm opening another one.

I have a Peavey Mark VI bass head, the newer one with a Preamp Output jack. If you need the head manual, i can give link to pdf.
Since i don't have a cab yet i can't currently use it at home for practicing.
My idea was to use the head and hear myself into headphones.
I need to know if one of these mixers is ok (the 1st one isn't a mixer actually):

Which one should i take? As you may have seen, i'm quite on a budget, otherwise i just would have bought a bass cab.

My main concern is to be able to actually hear something from the headphones.
Plugging in the headphone directly into the Preamp out of the Peavey won't work, with the Behringer thingie there won't be any impedance problem I suppose?

PS: Those transistors heads do not require a cab to be plugged to work, isn't it?
